Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange your footwear, please read the information below.

Returns
Returns are accepted provided the boots or shoes are returned in unworn, original condition.

Once the returned item is received and checked, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like an exchange, the replacement pair will go into production once the original pair has been received and approved as unworn.

Important Information

  • Items must be unworn and in resaleable condition

  • We recommend trying footwear on a clean, carpeted surface

  • Custom or specially requested items may not be eligible for return
